Lil Wayne Is Suing Quincy Jones III Over ‘The Carter’ Documentary
According to TMZ Lil Wayne is suing Quincy Jones III over a ‘The Carter’ documentary that is set to be released.
Lil Wayne originally went along with the filming of the documentary, but is claiming he never authorized the use of his music in the film. Wayne has also stated that he hated the film and it’s “scandalous portrayal” of him. He is now asking for unspecified damages and is ordering that the film prohibits the producers from using his music. It’s so interesting seeing him on the other side of a lawsuit these days.
