See You There! Electric Zoo 2012 [NY 8/31-9/2]

New York City has long been a global mega city that billions of people come to. With it’s incredible sights, delicious food, and melting pot population it’s no wonder the Big Apple has been a cultural epicenter. The music scene has not ever been left out here, and the Electronic Dance Music festival circuit is no different.
While Ultra and EDC have been around quite a bit longer, Made Event’s Labor Day 3-day Electric Zoo festival extravaganza is in that same top tier, and it most certainly reigns supreme as the top East coast festival. Located on New York City’s spacious Randall’s Island, for the past few years Made Event has solicited the world’s top dj talent to bring their own house grooves, dubstep wobbles and trance beats, and this year will be no different.

From the world superstars like Tiesto, to the eclectic beat makers like Diplo or the raw bass growls of Skrillex, the Electric Zoo is sure to have what ever it is you desire and it will unleash your inner party animal.

Already in it’s fourth year, Electric Zoo has already been recognized with an IDMA nomination for “Best US Festival” and a sold-out crowd last year, this year is sure to top it. Unlike some other festivals, Electric Zoo doesn’t only choose the two hottest genres, but rather offers a plethora of choices. Bringing the finest Techno, Dubstep, Electro House, Trance, Progressive House, and even Indie dance beats (And I’m sure you’ll hear some Moombahton and Trap there too), Electric Zoo will only continue to cement it’s stronghold over the end of summer festival scene.

With massive lineups including Pretty Lights, Tiesto, Benny Benassi, Diplo, Above & Beyond, A-Trak, Axwell, Wolfgang Gartner, Luciano, Hardwell, David Guetta, Dada Life, Sasha, Ferry Corsten and more, this is going to be an absolutely amazing festival.

Tickets are already going fast, and some options may be sold out, so if you know you want to go, make sure you get on it NOW.
